Both being new to the lifestyle, we thought that an all-inclusive such as Desire just didn't exist because folks would be a little too wild (we're in bed by 10 or 11, and as mentioned, I have an occasional glass of wine and my boyfriend doesn't drink at all.) *HEY!! cancun was awesome...we cant wait to take another trip!! *Thank you so much for putting together the "Dr. Robyn Cruise". Even though the group was small we had an excellent time. And, most of all, Robyn seemed to really enjoy herself. (Although we got the idea she and Neil would have enjoyed themselves WHEREVER they were!!) ;-)
Hate you weren't able to go with us. It would have been fun to meet you in person. We've shared emails back and forth so much about the cruise that it seems almost like we already know you. You've won a couple of new 'devotees'. We'll be in touch with you for our travel plans from now on.

Re: Ann Marie Russo*I wanted to tell you how pleased I was with the way she helped me with a trip from Florida to Michigan. I told Ann Marie that a friend and I wanted to fly to Detroit, get a rent a car and drive to my mother’s in southern Michigan in order to drive my mother back to Florida with a brief stop in Nashville to visit the Grand Ole Opry. I informed Ann Marie the trip consisted of three ladies, ages 50, 60 and 80. She diligently planned all our needs by making sure we had the most reasonable priced and perfectly timed flight and rental car pick up. The car was incredibly comfortable. She also found us a beautiful hotel (Ameri Suites) that was able to accommodate our ground floor request as well as being spacious enough for our comfort while still being affordable. We had a wonderful time and felt Ann Marie had make every effort to fulfill all our needs. She even made a call to the rental car company on the day of our flight when I called her from the plane before take-off to advise her of our delay and ensure that we would still be able to acquire the vehicle without a problem. My son Tim travels frequently; Ann Marie handles most all of his reservations as well. He actually referred her to me since he has had such positive experiences with her. We felt it was necessary to take the time to let you know how pleased we are with your company and your very special agent- Ann Marie.
